Founded in 2005 by David J. Lee, Wajeeha Naeem, and Matthew McKnight with the goal of advancing the customers’ mission by transforming their approach to technical solutions, LMN expanded to a team of over 90 brilliant engineers, analysts, and managers capable of making it happen. By pushing the boundaries of the possible, LMN helped customers reach new heights of success and members of the team to reach levels of achievement beyond their expectations. In December 2012, LMN Solutions merged with National Security Partners, LLC. In 2014, National Security Partners was acquired by Noblis, Inc. Noblis NSP is currently operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Noblis.
Founded in December of 2002 by Jeff Leco, with Moira Mattingly joining as co-owner in 2004, Summit became a leader within industry. Its core capabilities were system acquisition, program management, process improvement, system engineering, discovery informatics, and software development services and solutions. In 2010, Summit was selected as one of the three state wide employers to win the Pro Patria, the highest state level award conferred on employers by Maryland Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. Summit developed a great reputation as an extremely capable small business with excellent mid-level and senior-level personnel capable of working independently with its clients, both in industry and government. These recognized successes led to FedCap Partners’ desire to merge them with Point One under the name National Security Partners, LLC in October 2011. National Security Partners was acquired by Noblis in May 2014.
Founded in 1998 by Don Rakestraw and Chuck Vollmer, Point One rapidly became a company recognized as a premier Strategic Consulting firm in the Washington D.C. area. Point One brought together the best intellectual minds in the Military, Civilian and Academic Communities to discuss and debate the way forward for the U.S. Military in regards to strategy, force structure and budgetary considerations. Its work in the Intelligence Community began in 2003 with a major contract in support of an intelligence agency and went on to win contracts with other members of the Intelligence Community. Point One led the industry in supporting the development of our nation’s Cyber Command. In May 2011 Point One was acquired by FedCap Partners LLC and subsequently merged with Summit Solutions under the newly formed, National Security Partners, LLC. National Security Partners was acquired by Noblis in May 2014.
